Planning:

- Help support the rigorous and consistent development of documented business needs and functional roadmaps
- Identify and define product and service opportunities and enhancements for assigned services and prepare business cases to support such initiatives.

Documentation:

- Develop required documentation for projects, including executive presentations, business cases, project vision documents, options and approach analyses, business requirements, business process flows, and data process flows.

Project Implementation:

- When assigned, lead business unit, vendor, and technology teams to identify and manage change agendas, prioritize work, and develop implementation plans.
