JOB DESCRIPTION: The Technical Specialist shall function as the main technical support of the Deputy National Program Manager (DNPM) and National Program Manager (NPM), and shall further provide strong technical assistance to all other divisions in the management and monitoring of the implementation of KALAHI-CIDSS modalities and projects using the community-driven development (CDD) strategy towards community empowerment and inclusive development.
