**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Provides subject matter expertise in areas of software delivery, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation and other areas of expertise based on established product, program, and project management techniques
+ Responsible for supporting complete department owning multiple technical assets & multiple global/geographically distributed teams
+ Design, implement, and monitor all operations and key performance metrics/operational efficiency for the engineering team

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of experience in technical software engineering
+ 6+ years of experience of managing (manager or director title) technical engineering teams
+ 5+ years experienced delivering technical products to an active user base in a live production environment
+ 5+ years experience collaborating with product leadership to ensure project milestones are met
+ 3+ years of experience in executive stakeholder management and presentations
+ 3+ years of experience in AI technology
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in working within large organizations
+ Experience managing a geographically dispersed team
+ Deep knowledge of industry trends and best practices
+ Demonstrated leadership techniques of managing high-performing development teams
