As a Digital Media Executive, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across multiple platforms. Working within the media team, you will assist to drive performance and deliver results for clients.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns, and strong client relation skills. You will contribute to campaign success through careful execution, reporting, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and monitoring paid media campaigns across different platforms to achieve campaign objectives such as brand awareness, user acquisition, conversions and more.

COMPENSATION TERMS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up, launch, and monitor paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, including Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

Position Summary
The Digital Media Buyer is responsible for working with the media team planners to execute digital paid media buys. This includes but is not limited to: having a working understanding of how media plans are put together, understanding client goals, negotiating and placing digital media buys, having insights into how the media is performing, making optimizations and recommendations, facilitating reporting and working with accounting on billing and reconciling invoices. The person must be organized, financial minded, process-driven, proficient in Excel, media math, be a problem solver and able to multitask.
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with the media planners to understand the objectives, goals, target audiences and plans for assigned clients.
- Execute media placements, which includes negotiating the most efficient costs and added value.

- Measure and optimize ROI, ROAS, leads and any additional KPIs important to the client.
- Keep accurate pacing spreadsheets for all clients you are the media buyer for, ensuring planners and account managers are aware of any potential underspend.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reporting with actionable insights and prepare recommendations for meeting and exceeding client goals (includes evaluation of creative performance)
- Process invoices with the assistance of accounting and work with media vendors, account managers and accounting to resolve any questions and/or issues.
- Accurately implement any changes to the buy that come from the media planner or account manager.
- Ensure that all campaigns and orders meet budgets monthly and are in good standing with the accounting department.
- Reach out to media reps to get missing media invoices for your clients in a timely manner (if not automatically sent) so accounting can keep current records of client budgets.
- Maintain accurate and up to date knowledge of agency naming conventions for digital/paid social campaigns.
- Back up ad operations with media trafficking with knowledge of platforms and ad trafficking procedures.
