· Presides in regular meetings done in the Store Outlet and assist any Head Office Personnel in any initiatives being rolled out in the Store.
· Ensure that 201 Files of Store Personnel is complete, intact and updated
· Adhere to the rules and regulation of the company
· Other duties assigned from time to time by the ASM / Chief Executive Officer and/or other Authorized Officers coming from the Head Office.
· Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
· Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
