- Create comprehensive training materials and develop training plans for different tools and specialized topics relevant to agents' digital roles.
Qualifications: Your Expertise
We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in both instruction and the core digital skills required to succeed in eCommerce.
- 1–2 years of training experience.
- Experience in at least two to three of the following key digital areas: SEO, Email Marketing, eCommerce Website tasks, and Data Analytics/Reporting.
- Knowledge and experience in the eCommerce industry is essential.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo (required), and other tools related to Email Marketing, eCommerce, and Reporting.
- 1–2 years of virtual assistant experience preferred.
