Job requirementsRequirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience within a high-volume recruitment environment
- Strong background in account management with proven relationship-building and client communication skills
- Proficient in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, managing ATS workflows, and ensuring a smooth client and candidate experience
- Familiarity with recruitment and communication tools, including Hubspot (CRM), Tellent/Recruitee (ATS), and Slack
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in the U.S. time zone
- Must have a reliable remote work setup, including a contingency plan for power or internet disruptions
- No current employment with direct competitors
