Work Experience Requirements

External Hire:

• 5 years of experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt; must be Black Belt trained with proven success in driving complex, large-scale projects, including those involving AI/ML technologies

Are you a subject matter expertise using Six Sigma methodology in project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation? About the Role

We are looking for a Lean Six Sigma–qualified specialist (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt preferred) to join our team. As a Quality Management Supervisor, you'll be responsible of the following:

Process Development and Organization

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows and quality assurance processes across all functional areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, supply chain, training, R&D and franchise operations) to identify inefficiencies and develop scalable, standardized solutions.
  • Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure consistent implementation across all branches

Quality Standards and Compliance

  • Establish and maintain quality control standards in alignment with industry regulations, internal policies, and brand values.
  • Monitor compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct internal audits and process reviews to identify gaps and non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Create and manage QA documentation, including checklists, audit reports, SOP manuals, and training materials.
  • Analyze data from audits and inspections to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on QA performance metrics, improvement initiatives, and risk areas.

Cross Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with branch support teams to understand operational pain points and recommend improvements.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies that can support QA efforts.
  • Champion a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization.

Perform other tasks/duties assigned by the management.

I. Job Summary

The Quality Management Officer ensures that the company's system processes and the goods and services that results from it comply with the requirements of current food safety and quality standards, as well as customer, regulatory and the organization's own requirements. Reports to and assists the IQA Supervisor and Section Head in the effective implementation of internal audit programs and systems of the company.

II. Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology or Chemical Engineering
  • Preferably with at least one(1) year work related experience in a Food Manufacturing facility, e.g.

    Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Laboratory Analyst, Research and Development, Production

    Officer.
  • Minimum training requirements: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), current Good

    Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), Sanitation Standard

    Operating Procedures (SSOPs), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).
  • Good oral and written communication skills
