About the Role
We are looking for a Lean Six Sigma–qualified specialist (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate will create management reporting dashboards, audit and improve business processes, and implement automations to boost efficiency. The Quality Management Officer ensures that the company's system processes and the goods and services that results from it comply with the requirements of current food safety and quality standards, as well as customer, regulatory and the organization's own requirements. Reports to and assists the IQA Supervisor and Section Head in the effective implementation of internal audit programs and systems of the company.
II. Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology or Chemical Engineering
- Preferably with at least one(1) year work related experience in a Food Manufacturing facility, e.g.
Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Laboratory Analyst, Research and Development, Production
Officer. - Minimum training requirements: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), current Good
Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), Sanitation Standard
Operating Procedures (SSOPs), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP). - Good oral and written communication skills
