The Construction Management Head – is primarily responsible for the over-all construction management of projects from conceptualization to implementation, to meet project objectives and construction targets, consistent with the company's vision, mission and core values.
Construction Management
- Oversees and ensures efficient coordination conducted by the project officers with other departments regarding various aspects of the projects, such as procurement of materials, contractors, budget, etc.
- Oversees, directs, monitors and controls the general project construction operation and direction, including the proper administration of contracts and its requirements.
- Reviews the plans and specifications and initiates research and development at project level to identify cost reduction opportunities, quality improvements, and construction procedure enhancement.
- Tracks and control construction cost against budgets, preventing cost overruns.
- Evaluates and determines the most appropriate cost-effective Establishes construction methods.
People Management
- Establishes effective procedures for monitoring work processes, tasks and activities for efficient discharge of various responsibilities of Project-in-charge.
- Evaluate performance of field personnel and initiates developmental plans to enhance and effectively manage their performance. This includes provisions of supervisory and leadership skills development programs.
- Leads and motivates the project staff's performance vis-à-vis construction targets, quality standards, and customer service.
Qualifications:
Education: Licensed Civil Engineer
Experience: Minimum of 8 -10 years' experience in leading construction operations and management. Preferred if there is experience in retail

- Ensures proper behaviour of workers and obeying FLI rules and regulations
- Updating of work progress monitoring in Smartsheet in a weekly basis

- Prepares accomplishment reports, certificate of completion and work status in a weekly basis
