The Opportunity:
Are you a sales professional ready to join an agile startup? We are building the founding sales team for Reeseway Consulting, a systems-first company that helps businesses simplify their backend and scale with clarity.
Our flagship product, the AI Proposal Generator, is designed to eliminate the friction of manual proposals for consultants, agencies, and service providers. This is a chance to sell a solution that truly changes how people work.
The Role:
Full-Cycle Sales Representative
This is a remote, independent contractor role for confident closers who want to own the entire sales process from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Generation:
Using our ideal client profiles and your own tools, you will identify and prospect your own leads. - Booking & Hosting Calls:
You'll be responsible for setting up and conducting calls to demonstrate the system's value. - Closing Sales:
You'll handle objections and successfully close deals, both for solo users and enterprise teams. - Handoff to Workflow Specialist:
After closing, you'll pass the client to the founder for seamless onboarding and customization.
Who We're Looking For:
We are bringing in partners in performance. To succeed with us, you need:
- Proven Experience:
You have a demonstrable track record of successfully closing sales. Our 30-day probationary period is a chance to prove your value by closing your first deal. If you can do that, you're on the team. - Be Independent:
You are a self-driven, proactive individual who needs minimal oversight. - Professional:
You speak and write fluent English, present well on video calls, and represent the brand with pride. - Resource-Ready:
You have your own laptop, a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a high-quality headset. - Collaborative:
Positivity, honesty, and accountability are non-negotiable as we build something incredible together.
Compensation:
This role is 100% commission-based, designed for ambitious individuals who want uncapped earning potential. Commissions start at $250 USD per close.
Perks of Working with Us:
- Remote-First & Fully Flexible:
Work from anywhere. We hire for outcomes, not time zones or hours logged. - Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses:
Your earning potential is limitless. - A Culture of Growth & Support:
We believe in peer-led coaching and real ownership. - Your Well-Being Matters:
Enjoy birthdays off and a company-wide holiday shutdown from Christmas through the first week of January. - Global Health Insurance (Coming Soon):
We are working on securing coverage for our globally-distributed team.
Reeseway Consulting is an equal opportunity organization. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
Important Information:
During your 30-day onboarding trial, you must close at least one deal to move forward into an official 3-month contract with uncapped commission potential.
This is an ongoing recruitment opportunity.
As we expand our product suite and client base, we are continuously bringing on commission-based closers.
Please note:
While we are open to global candidates, we are currently prioritizing applicants in select regions outside the U.S. due to internal policy constraints.
Only suitable candidates will be contacted.
If you don't hear from us within one (1) week of applying, we encourage you to explore future opportunities with us as we continue to grow.
