About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Global Logistics & Freight Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize shipments across sea, air, and land freight
- Negotiate contracts with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to achieve cost efficiencies
- Use digital freight and IoT tracking systems to monitor cargo in real time as needed
Customs & Trade Compliance:
- Oversee customs documentation, tariff classification, and duty payments
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, including INCOTERMS, WTO regulations, FTA agreements, and HS codes
- Liaise with customs authorities, regulatory agencies, and third-party brokers
Supply Chain Optimization:
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align shipment schedules with demand planning
- Implement technology-driven improvements such as ERP integration
- Continuously improve lead times, cost structures, and service levels
Risk & Cost Management:
- Identify risks related to shipping delays, tariffs, and regulatory changes
- Develop contingency plans and diversify supplier networks to mitigate risks
- Track and analyze landed costs to drive commercial efficiency
Inventory, Branding & Documentation:
- Track inventory from origin to destination warehouses to ensure accuracy
- Maintain shipment records, product serialization, and SKU-level traceability
- Ensure branding, packaging, and labeling meet company standards
- Oversee product naming conventions across all documentation and customs filings
- Provide leadership with accurate reports on inventory status, shipment costs, and product availability
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and regulatory agencies
- Report on shipment KPIs, customs issues, and cost performance to leadership

Education & Experience
