We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to assist/manage our shipping operations and ensure all orders are fulfilled on time and accurately.
Job description
- Ensure all pieces are delivered on time with the support of the Shipping Assistant
- Review current inventory and decide which pre-order items are ready to ship
- Coordinate with the Inventory Team to fully restock any out-of-stock pre-order items
- Work with the QA Team to confirm premium items are the correct size before shipping, taking full responsibility for final approval
- Ensure all orders are properly logged in Shopify and communicated in Slack
- NOTE: We are a retail and most shipping is B2C.
Requirement
- Minimum one year experience in the related field
- Receptive and humble enough to receive the feedback from founders
- Works hard and fits the startup culture
- Communicates promptly, clearly, and proactively online
- Be able to work with founders smoothly and fast
- Experience as the business owner or freelancer (experience on executing by yourself) is a plus
Salary and setup
- 30k~75k pesos, Starting with hourly-based salary. Can be output based.
- Part time / Full time
- Comfortable to work in the startup setup. Everything can be negotiable.
- Flexibility for onsite work but hybrid can be possible if the output is great. Usually the training stage will be mainly onsite.
