Role Overview

The Platform Development Officer Assists the Platform Development Head/ Team Lead in monitoring the development and testing of new services, features, enhancements of the bank's digital platforms.

Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering

• Serves as liaison between business and IT to define the project requirement
• Participates in product development and system evaluation
• Attends vendor presentation/walk thru
• Evaluates the user request for system revision or enhancement

Job Summary:

The jobholder is responsible for implementing opportunities to expand credit card products and platforms to new areas of innovation.
