-Ensures that inventory systems are in place and are followed to achieve at the target Inventory turns per year.

-Responsible to publish and maintain systems to ensure that on- hand inventory level is kept to a minimum and is aligned with customer demand and firm production schedules

-Has the ability in maintaining inventory levels, making monthly inventory reports, recording and labeling inventory items to be used in the future and maintaining accurate records.

-In-charge in for daily cycle counting and inventory-taking analysis to check material accuracy.

-Develops and implements inventory control systems and procedures in line with Materials Management goal and objectives.

-Must have strong analytical skills

• Performs manual adjustments of Left Buy/ Canvass and other necessary adjustments.
• Ensures proper monitoring of unshipped RTVs and unacknowledged unprocessed transfers.
• Prepares, generates, and submits accounting reports which include but are not limited to: 1 Transfers Summary Reports, RCR reports, and the like. 2 Summary reports of other accounting inventory adjustments. 3 Summary reports for Store use listing

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Business Administration, or any business-related courses.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience specializing in Inventory Management, Accounting, or other similar functions.
• Background in Accounting, credit and collection, and other similar duties
• Technical Expertise Intensive knowledge in Inventory Management and system Audit.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst to join our team in Cagayan de Oro. This role is responsible for the accurate monitoring, analysis, and management of inventory levels, as well as supporting day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and update daily inventory records with accuracy and timeliness.

Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile any variances.

Prepare and update client inventory reports.

Monitor stock levels and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.

Oversee the cycle count process, analyze results, and coordinate necessary recounts.

Provide regular and comprehensive reports on inventory status and variances.

Support warehouse operations, such as assisting in inventory receiving, checking, organizing, labeling, or dispatch, when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be currently based in or willing to be assigned in Agusan, Cagayan de Oro.
