**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support for resolution of customers’ IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries
- Liaise with other support teams as necessary to resolve customer requests or incidents.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
