**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for resolution of customers’ IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries
- Liaise with other support teams as necessary to resolve customer requests or incidents.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.

**Qualifications**:

- Open to graduates of any course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With at least 6 months relevant work experience (contact center and or technical experience)
- Good knowledge and skills in IT
- Interest in providing technical supports and assistance to clients and end-users
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

**Job Summary**
