The Senior Customer Service Representative-Import and Export is responsible for managing and overseeing customer service tasks related to international shipments. In this role, you must ensure timely and accurate processing of import/export documentation, communicate with freight forwarders and customs brokers, as well as maintains excellent coordination/relationship with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
