Job Description
About the role
You'll run day-to-day SEO for client sites. You'll keep clear plans per account, recommend simple UX improvements that lift conversions, and ship core fixes that move rankings and leads. We favor short, plain-English calls and clean, auditable deliverables.
What you'll do
- Own a 30–40 site book: Keep each roadmap current (priorities, owners, risks, dates).
- Meetings → outcomes: Join client/internal calls; share findings and next steps in clear language.
- Focused planning: Prioritize pages/keywords, technical fixes, content gaps, and CRO quick wins.
- Migrations (end-to-end): Pre-crawl → URL map → 301s/canonicals/sitemaps → staging QA → launch checks → post-launch GA4/GSC monitoring → crawl-diff.
- CRO fundamentals: Header hierarchy, CTA placement, trust signals, form friction; propose simple A/Bs and read results.
- Bulk SEO updates: Titles/metas, internal links, redirects, indexation, image alts, page-speed quick wins—at scale with CSV/templates.
- Forecast & report: Page-level impact (traffic/leads); call out key trends monthly.
- Light AI use (assistive): Use reputable tools to accelerate audits, briefs/outlines, clustering drafts, and QA—with human review.
- Project hygiene: Keep tickets moving and close the loop with the Client Success Manager.
Must-have know-how
- Agency SEO with many clients at once.
- On-page + technical basics + local SEO + content planning.
- CRO fundamentals (funnels, mobile UX, social proof, form friction).
- Tools: GA4 (Explorations, conversions), GSC, SEMrush, Screaming Frog (or similar), Hotjar/Clarity, WordPress.
- Bulk ops comfort: structured CSV/Spreadsheet updates for titles/metas/internal links.
- Clear communicator: concise writing and call summaries.
- Modern workflows: able to use templates and (where helpful) AI to draft/QA faster—no hype, practical results.
Nice to have
- Med spa, cosmetic derm, or plastic surgery experience.
- Schema/FAQ markup, light HTML/CSS, page builders, WordPress admin.
- Screaming Frog headless/CLI, SEMrush exports via script, GA4→BigQuery familiarity.
Impact metrics
- More priority pages ranking on key services and converting better.
- Smooth migrations with minimal loss and clear lift over baseline.
- Faster cycle from audit → test → live.
- Short, clear calls with agreed next steps and clean change logs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php70,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Additional leave
- Work from home
Application Question(s):
- Share your most comprehensive use of Screaming Frog or Semrush that included multiple steps, integrations, and workflows.
- Walk us through how you prioritize SEO work for a new account in the first 30 days. What inputs do you consider, and how do you decide what ships first?
