Remote SEO Manager (Philippines-Based)
Full-Time | Remote | Flexible Hours | Long-Term Opportunity
About Us
We're a fast-growing performance marketing and web design agency based in Canada, specializing in helping local and global businesses dominate search rankings and drive real, measurable growth. Our team thrives on results, creativity, and collaboration — and now we're looking to bring on an experienced SEO Manager based in the Philippines to lead strategy, execution, and performance tracking across client accounts.
Role Overview
We're looking for an SEO Manager who lives and breathes search. You'll take ownership of SEO strategies for multiple clients, working closely with our content, dev, and PPC teams to implement both on-page and off-page strategies that move the needle.
This is not a junior role — we need someone who's been in the trenches, understands the algorithm shifts, and knows how to build organic traffic from scratch.
What You'll Do

- Conduct competitive analysis, keyword research, and SERP opportunity mapping
- Build customized SEO roadmaps for each client (local, eCommerce, or service-based)

- Identify and fix technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexation, speed, etc.)
Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Plan and manage white-hat link building campaigns
- Source guest post opportunities and manage outreach
- Monitor backlink health and disavow toxic links as needed
Reporting & Communication
- Track keyword rankings, traffic, CTRs, and conversions using Google Analytics and Search Console
- Create detailed monthly reports and provide strategic insights for clients
- Collaborate with our team via Slack, Notion, and Zoom — excellent English and communication skills are a must
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
- Proven success ranking local and/or international websites
- Advanced knowledge of on-page and technical SEO
- Strong experience with tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC
- Experience in managing multiple SEO projects or clients at once
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and basic HTML/CSS
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
- Highly organized and self-managed — you'll be expected to run your own show
Bonus Points (Not Required)
- Experience with content briefs and AI-assisted workflows
- Worked with North American or Australian clients
- Experience in lead gen, local SEO, or high-ticket service businesses
- Familiarity with PPC and paid search strategy
What We Offer
- 100% remote – work from anywhere in the Philippines
- Flexible working hours (we care more about output than a 9-5)
- Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities
- Paid learning resources, tools, and ongoing SEO education
- Fun, supportive team environment with growth-mindset culture
- Long-term, stable position for the right candidate
How to Apply
Please submit the following:

Job Description
SEO Manager (Fluer & We Brand)
Location: Remote, in the Australian time zone
If This Is You
You're obsessed with organic search, but you're not living in 2015. You understand that SEO is being fundamentally reshaped by AI and LLMs, and you're already thinking three moves ahead.
You've built and scaled SEO programs that delivered real traffic and real revenue. You know the difference between rankings that matter and rankings that don't. You get excited about technical challenges like JavaScript rendering and international hreflang structures, but you're equally comfortable talking about content strategy and user intent.
You're watching how ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews are changing search behavior, and you have strong opinions about what brands should do about it. You're ready to build SEO strategies for both traditional search engines and LLM-based discovery.
What You'll Own
You'll lead SEO for two SaaS products serving millions of users globally. Fluer is a B2C marketing suite, and We Brand is a B2B enterprise brand compliance platform. This isn't about hitting arbitrary keyword rankings. This is about driving qualified traffic that converts into trials, signups, and revenue.
Your work includes:
● Building and executing SEO strategies for both products from technical foundations to large-scale content optimization
● Owning technical SEO (site architecture, crawlability, indexing, rendering, Core Web Vitals, structured data)
● Developing content strategies that target the right search intent and actually convert
● Adapting our SEO approach for the LLM era (how we show up in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI search)
● Leading on-page optimization, link building, and competitive analysis
● Working with product, engineering, and content teams to implement changes that move the needle
● Setting the roadmap, tracking what matters, and killing what doesn't work
What We're Looking For
Deep SEO expertise:
● 5+ years leading SEO for SaaS companies or high-growth tech businesses
● Proven track record of driving significant organic traffic and revenue growth
● Strong technical SEO skills (you can audit a site, identify issues, and work with developers to fix them)
● Experience with enterprise-scale websites and international SEO
● Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
● Data-driven mindset (you make decisions based on evidence, not hunches)
AI/LLM perspective:
● Clear understanding of how generative AI is changing search behavior
● Thoughts on optimizing for LLM-based discovery and answer engines
● Ability to balance traditional SEO with emerging AI-driven search channels
Operator qualities:
● You ship. You don't wait for perfect conditions.
● You think strategically but execute tactically
● You're comfortable with ambiguity and figure things out
● You communicate clearly and can explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders
● You're excited about building something from a strong foundation to market-leading
Bonus points:
● Experience in both B2B and B2C SaaS
● Background in programmatic SEO or AI-generated content
● Understanding of brand compliance and enterprise marketing workflows
To Apply
Send your resume (or LinkedIn profile) and tell us:
Your SEO story: What's the most impactful SEO program you've built or scaled? What were the results?
Your AI perspective: How do you think LLM-based search will change SEO in the next 2-3 years? What should brands be doing now?
Your experience: What's the scale and type of websites/clients you've worked on? (Traffic numbers, team size, industries)
No cover letter templates. Just tell us what you've done and why this excites you.

We Brand solves the challenge every large organization faces: maintaining brand consistency when hundreds of people need to create marketing content.
Why Join Us
The opportunity: You'll be joining during a pivotal growth phase. We've proven product-market fit with millions of users and enterprise clients. Now we're scaling aggressively. That means you get to build and own significant functions, not just execute someone else's playbook.
The impact: Your work will directly affect how millions of users and hundreds of enterprise clients manage their marketing. This isn't hypothetical future impact. Our platforms are in production, being used right now by teams around the world.
The technology: We're at the intersection of AI, brand management, and marketing automation. You'll work with cutting-edge technology that's actually solving real problems, not just proof-of-concepts or demos.
What You'll Get
● Competitive compensation package including equity - You'll own a piece of what we're building
● Autonomy to build and shape your function - We hire smart people and let them do their best work
● A team that values outcomes over activity - Results matter, face time doesn't
● Beachside Gold Coast location - If working near the beach appeals to you
● The chance to make your mark on a global scale-up - Real opportunity for career growth
What We Value
● Ownership: We need people who take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
● Speed: We move fast and iterate. Perfect is the enemy of shipped
● Results: We measure what matters and focus on business impact
● Directness: We communicate clearly and don't hide behind corporate speak
● Growth: We're building for scale, and we want people who want to scale with us
Is This For You?
This isn't for everyone. If you need extensive hand-holding, clear 9-to-5 boundaries, or prefer stability over growth, this probably isn't the right fit. But if you're energized by building something significant, owning real outcomes, and working with a team that gives a damn about the work, let's talk.
Ready to build something that matters?
Apply with your resume and your answers to the role-specific questions.
No generic cover letters. No buzzwords. Just tell us what you've done and why you're the right person for this.
