Primary Function:
Troubleshoots line equipment, performs line equipment calibrations and repairs, performs routine maintenance on a variety of line production equipment and makes the necessary adjustments to restore equipment to proper operating standards, makes verbal or written reports to supervisor regarding conditions or problems encountered.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Set-up, troubleshoot machine / equipment. Tools based on production schedule.
Calibrates machine / equipment's / tools with correct parameters in order to bring about smooth machine operation.

Performs periodic preventive maintenance to ensure consistent performance with high degree of productivity and reliability.

Educational Attainment : Minimum of 3rd year in any engineering course or Graduate of 2 years Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics Technology or any course related

Responsible for the setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance of automated test handlers used for Final Test, Wafer sort and Tape and Reel manufacturing processes. These include automated test handlers' sub-assemblies and related components or parts.
Responsible for first-level verification of Yield and QA failures in manufacturing. Tasks include troubleshooting setups, performing basic tester debugging, and documenting through the MIPS process. Involves collaboration with manufacturing and engineering, submission of performance reports, and participation in efficiency and quality improvement programs aligned with TQM Plus principles.
