Principal Accountabilities:
System Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- You will be responsible for monitoring global IT infrastructure to address day-to-day system performance and ensure smooth operation of hardware and software systems.
- Assist in identifying underlying cause and provide immediate technical support to prevent technical issues from escalating
- Setup baseline configuration on all platforms to ensure systems are under monitoring and in asset inventory.
