About the role

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and monitor construction activities and workforce on-site.
2. Ensure that work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
3. Assists in scheduling, material handling, and manpower allocation.
4. Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
5. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily reports
6. Report site issues, progress, and concerns to the Site/Project Manager.
7. Maintain safety and housekeeping standards at all times

Job Description:

The Site Supervisor works alongside the Operation Head to plan, execute and operate projects smoothly. They may work alone or with a team. He will act as a liaison between the General Manager and other staff, ensuring the procedures are being followed, while also suggesting ideas that will contribute to the success of a project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the monitoring project progress and day-to-day operation of a certain area. Along with the Operations Head, he is also responsible for the completion of every project and the on-time submission of all reports. In the absence of Operations Head, he is responsible to know on how to operate his project and other activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Sanitary Engineering

• In the absence of Project Supervisor, he may prepare quotation for KES cleaning and Bio-augmentation project for new and existing clients. Subject for approval by the Operations Head.

Operations:

• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Build and maintain a good relationship to all new and existing clients by visiting them regularly to get feedback and concerns for proper action.
• Perform regular audit and supervision to all projects to ensure a safe and secure services given to clients.
• Conducts surveys and getting feedback to all customers.
• In the absence of Auditor or Leadman in location, he will take over temporarily.

Billing and Collection:

• Co-responsible for the preparation of Executive Summary Report by encoding daily KES cleaning and Bio-augmentation project.
• Gathering and weekly submission of Service report to Billing Department for the preparation of Sales Invoice to be billed at the end of the month.
• Co-responsible for the on-time releasing of all KES cleaning and Bio-augmentation Executive summary reports to Billing Department every 1 Day of the month.
• Follow-ups new and existing clients for the date of collection of all handled projects every 1 week of the month once the client received the billing.
