Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance (Primary Focus)

* Develop, execute, and maintain *manual and automated test cases* for web and mobile applications.

* Perform *functional, regression, integration, and performance testing*.

* Document, track, and verify defects using issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello, GitHub Issues).

* Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define *acceptance criteria* and *test strategies*.

* Ensure *release readiness* by validating bug fixes, code changes, and feature enhancements.

* Maintain and improve QA processes, tools, and best practices.

Server Management (Secondary Responsibility)

* Monitor, maintain, and optimize application servers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-prem environments).

* Handle *basic server administration tasks*, including updates, patches, and log monitoring.

* Support deployment processes, troubleshoot server-related issues, and escalate critical matters when necessary.

* Ensure system *uptime, scalability, and security* in coordination with DevOps/IT teams.

Development Support (As Needed)

* Collaborate with the development team to *understand technical requirements* and ensure test coverage.

* Contribute to *basic code debugging, script writing, or minor feature development* when additional support is required.

* Assist in *code reviews* and provide feedback on best practices from a QA perspective.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

* Proven experience as a *QA Engineer, Software Tester, or similar role*.

* Strong understanding of *QA methodologies, tools, and processes*.

* Hands-on experience with *automated testing frameworks* (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
