**What You'll Do**
You'll be responsible for key functions that ensure the functionality and stability of the Windows server environment. **During a Typical Day, You'll**

· Develop and maintain complex script-based solutions utilizing Microsoft PowerShell
· Engineer effective industry best practice focused Windows based services and solutions
· Interface with internal and external customers and third-party teams for configuration, integration and deployment activities
· Deploy and maintain support tools, and automation of deployment/troubleshooting routines relevant to the infrastructure
· Document, schedule, conduct and test system changes in accordance with TTEC operational guidelines.
· Ability to work on an On-Call rotation, nights and weekends as required
**What You Bring to the Role**
· BA/BS in CS/IS or related degree or equivalent experience
· 5-7 years of expertise installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server 2012R2 through current branch
· Strong and demonstrated experience with automated deployment platforms and scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, SCCM/MEMC etc.)
· Detailed understanding of advanced Windows Services including Terminal Services, IIS Server, SCCM/MEMC, Exchange Server/O365/Azure, Hyper-V.
· Detailed and demonstrated understanding of Windows based LDAP, ADSI, DNS, DHCP, PKI
· Understanding of Shared Storage, Replication, load balancing, and LAN/WAN Technologies
· Experience with compliance and audit processes, SOX, SAS 70/SSEA 16, HIPAA and PCI requirements and reporting
· Current Microsoft Certified IT Professional or MCSE

The Principal Engineer Combat Systems reports to the Project / Maintenance Manager and is responsible for management and oversight of all MK92 Combat Systems functions, and is familiar with other Combat Systems, and services supporting the Maritime contract in the Philippines. The overall purpose of this position is to overhaul and maintain the MK92 while exhibiting superior workmanship focused on a quality end product. Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all tasks are accomplished safely and with an emphasis on quality. Completes all tasks in accordance with local Safety, Environmental, and Health directives. Addresses customer concerns in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
Major Job Activities:
+ Perform MK92 and other Combat Systems system grooms, rebuilds, refurbishments, assemblies, repairs / replacements of various internal mechanical, electrical, and cabling components.
+ Complete various levels of Fire Control System (FCS) mods, including disassembly, repair / replacement, refurbishment, along with reassembly, operational testing, and realignment / readjustments.
+ Coordinate various logistics services in identification, location, and expediting of critical spares and maintenance materials.
+ Utilize technical manuals, wiring schematics, block diagrams, drawings, and system software to rapidly isolate malfunctions in controllers, system wiring, sub-assemblies, and other components.
+ Collaborate in multicultural environments and interact with stake holders to identify and resolve issues.
+ Cooperate and collaborate with the Project Manager to develop strategies and policies to successfully execute contractual requirements on time and on budget.
+ Evaluate, prioritize, and balance requirements.
+ Responsible for the direct oversight and development of detailed program reports, to include Material Condition Assessment (MCA), Current Ship's Maintenance Schedule (CSMP), and Work Packages (WP) for planned and emergent maintenance.
+ Supervise and provide technical leadership for all local labor located in the Philippines.
+ Interpret program requirements via multiple sources (RFP, SOW, WBS, etc.).
+ Support management and customer reviews as requested by the Program Manager.
+ Identify and recommend improvements to scheduling processes, practices or materials, which lead to positive results in product quality.
+ Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers.
+ Provided technical training on system troubleshooting, alignment, and preventive maintenance, enabling shipboard personnel to become more self-sufficient in improving system reliability.

Working Environment & Physical Activities:
+ Must be capable of working in both indoor and/or outdoor environmental conditions, including extreme weather conditions.

+ Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
+ Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
Qualifications
Education:
One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
+ Technical Bachelor's degree in Combat Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, or Management required.
Experience:
+ At least ten (10) years of multi-functional experience in MK92 Combat Systems troubleshooting, rebuilds, refurbishments, reassembly, and operational testing.
+ Ten (10) years of engineering management experience with at least six (6) years as an in-country Team Lead.
+ Related supervisory (E5 or above) military experience in Fire Control System mod refurbishments.
+ Familiar with project management programs including Microsoft Project, Risk analysis, Primavera, or similar tools.
+ Familiarity with maintenance planning software, spreadsheets, word processors, and email.
+ Ability to help identify program risk to mitigate and resolve such risk.
+ Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Follow-On Technical Support (FOTS) program experience preferred.
+ Functional, comprehensive working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Military supply accountability preferred.

+ Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Experience with C/C++/C# on a Linux and Windows. Experience with game engines, frameworks, and development tool is a plus.
Proficiency with Software Development Methodologies is required.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in game development, such as C/C++/C#.
Knowledge of game development pipelines, processes, and methodologies.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
In depth understanding of POSIX Operating Systems, System Calls etc e.g., Linux.
Good understanding of Graphics Frameworks/ tool chains e.g., OpenGL, Vulcan.

Job Description

_We're looking for a_ **_Business Intelligence Technical Lead_** _to join our Business Insights and Analytics team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to collaborate closely to the business and project teams in order to transform data into insights, to recommend appropriate visualizations and reporting solutions, and to build a high-performing team of data analytics professionals._
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Working with the AVP Strategy & Analytics, the NATO leadership team, and other colleagues & partners, understand Treasury Operations' context, opportunities and pain points, and propose ways we can use data and analytics to improve reporting, generate insights, support business goals, and solve problems
+ Process new reporting, analytics, dashboard requests + lead on their delivery
+ Leverage Manulife's available technology to build or improve easy-to-use and sustainable solutions
+ Advise NATO leadership on ways we can use data, BI, analytics to achieve our business objectives
+ Implement various types of periodic & ad-hoc reporting
+ Streamline data collection methods to create automated, standardized and easy-to-use routines
+ Perform data cleansing, processing, and validation as required
+ Assess our current level of data & analytics maturity, as well as our current technical infrastructure (eg: sources, ingestion, transformation, storage, augmentation, presentation, etc), and recommend ways to optimize
+ Help us find ways to use AI & automation to make reporting, analytics and dashboarding more automated, centralized, self-serve, real time, etc
+ Partner with NATO colleagues doing similar work + coach/support those less experienced as needed
+ Proactively recommend reporting, analytics & BI best practices, and also stay abreast of what else is happening internally & externally in these areas
+ Coordinate with our key internal partners as needed (eg: Group Functions Advanced Analytics, Group Functions Technology, etc)
+ Assist stakeholders with reporting & analytics tool adoption as needed
+ Build strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders inside & outside the department
+ Lead or support other reporting & analytics activities as needed
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Education: Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply
+ Experience: At least seven years of extensive experience in Power Platforms (especially Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) and other Business Intelligence tools, big data, and Azure platforms
+ Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
+ Shift Schedule night): Amenability to work on the assigned schedule (dependent on business need)
+ Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
+ Demonstrate advanced knowledge of reports and dashboard development in multiple BI platforms: Power Platforms, Qlikview, SQL, Data Lake
+ Ability to identify and resolve issues, and recommend best visualizations and reporting solutions based on reporting requirements
+ Ability to coach and provide support to subordinates, project teams, and stakeholders
+ Planning and organizational skills, including ability to prepare schedules and communicate status of overall development effort
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) Certified

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full stack applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, and supporting technologies

Provide technical direction and hands-on leadership across engineering efforts, including architecture planning, code reviews, and feature delivery

Oversee and implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and Kubernetes

Qualifications

8-10+ years of hands-on software development experience across front-end and back-end technologies

Proven experience in technical leadership or lead developer roles

Strong expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, Express.js, and NestJS

Experience with Python for API and automation use cases

Deep knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS (S3, Lambda, CloudWatch), Azure, and Firebase

Familiarity with e-commerce and billing systems

Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, and NoSQL technologies like Cassandra
