Define the principles, methods, tools, and best practices for BPM. Ensure the consistency and quality of BPM solutions.  Develop the enterprise's business architecture blueprint along with the corresponding value stream process matrix. Ensure the alignment between business needs, business architecture, and information technology architecture. Engage in the business process analysis and transformation initiative.
