About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and solution driven Hardware Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct quality checks and inspections of hardware components.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware components when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development.
• Assist in providing product support towards our customers
• Component sourcing and Manufacturer communication

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency with CAD/FreeCAD or similar software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of technical hardware components and their functionality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
• Willingness to work on site and on shifting schedule
• Embedded Programming is strong plus.

• Modifies Design of Component & Assembly Level 3D CAD Models
• Participates in Design Review / Drawing Review / DR Review activities
• Learns and performs Tolerance Analysis of low complexity-assemblies
• Identifies Design or technical problems, either potential or a result of testing and evaluation
• Contributes Design Concepts

Required Skills, Experience & Education:

• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

The Hardware Administrator installs and configures computer systems and networks, performs maintenance and repairs, assists users with technical issues, and implements security measures, updates, and data protection protocols.

RESPONSIBILITIES
