Who You Are
- Estimator with 5+ years' experience in cost estimation, take-offs, or quoting.
- Preferably with exposure to floristry, horticultural services, living walls/moss walls, or related design-install-maintain environments; experience in interiors, fit-outs, or construction is also valuable.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal). Clear communicator, especially in remote collaboration.
- Highly organized, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in MS Excel (advanced) and comfortable using Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with estimation software is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely with UK-based colleagues across time zones.

What You'll Do
- Produce accurate cost estimates, quotations, and pricing proposals for workplace planting, floral displays, living walls, installations, and maintenance projects.
- Work with UK designers to turn creative concepts into commercially viable proposals.
- Liaise with UK sales/account managers to verify client expectations and specifications while ensuring margins are maintained.
- Ensure specification accuracy (plant types, lead times, maintenance needs), service cost details, labour rates, and supply costs.
- Maintain up-to-date cost databases, supplier price lists, and labour rates.
- Collaborate with purchasing/horticultural specialists for correct product selection, best value, and lead times.
- Assist in project handovers—clarifying scope, cost, and specifications for operations teams.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, cost savings, and workflow optimisations.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and developments in the fit-out and horticultural industries.
