*Key Responsibilities *
1. Strategic Negotiation & Sourcing
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives from project initiation to contract execution.
- Negotiate business terms with vendors and partners to minimize risk and maximize cost efficiencies.
- Conduct and oversee sourcing events that align with business goals and compliance requirements.
2. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to address contracting and sourcing needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
- Create Strategic Sourcing partnerships to expand addressable spend and enhance procurement effectiveness.
3. Contract Management
- Review and manage contract documentation including MNDA, MSA, and SOWs.
- Collaborate with Legal and Security teams to ensure proper contract controls and risk mitigation.
- Oversee contract execution, renewal, and compliance tracking.
4. Category Expertise & Analytics
- Develop and maintain category expertise within the technology domain, creating playbooks and negotiation strategies.
- Perform spend analytics and identify cost-saving or efficiency opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic sourcing roadmaps and performance improvement initiatives.
5. Project Management
- Apply project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor sourcing projects.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, including spend analysis and SLA tracking.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and regular updates to stakeholders.
6. Technology & Tools
- Utilize and evaluate eSourcing tools, procurement software, and data analytics technologies.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and digital tools for sourcing efficiency.
*Qualifications *
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and contract management.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and vendor management.
- Hands-on experience in managing Technology Contracts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven leadership abilities.
- Proficient in advanced sourcing tools (e.g., eSourcing platforms, ERP systems).

Monitors the Face launches and ensures that activities such as sampling, production, shipping are on track.

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or any related field
7-10 years relatable experience; Proven experience as a Sourcing or Procurement lead; Vendor Management and Supplier coordination experience
Excellent knowledge in sourcing and vendor management principles
