Process Engineer.
As part of our team, you'll have the chance to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our power plant clients locally and worldwide

You'll be charged with designing fuel gas, fuel oil supply system for power plants, water and wastewater pump stations, treatment facilities/processes for water and wastewater plants, technical writing, and construction drawing and specification production. We'll have you use your experience to design pump stations for water and wastewater, including pipe sizing calculations, selection of pump type, process utilities (balance of plants), rotating equipment (centrifugal pumps, blowers), piping systems, valves, and appurtenances for in plant process piping, chemical systems, and hydraulic studies. Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in process engineering
• Detailed design experience for fuel gas, fuel oil supply system, water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and utility systems
• Experience with fuel gas, fuel oil supply system and water/wastewater equipment for power plant projects
• Experience in plant piping system design (line sizing and material selection) for fuel gas, fuel oil supply system, water and wastewater systems
• Licensed Chemical Engineer
• Inter-discipline coordination
• Develop PFDs, HMB and P&IDs
• Familiar with process simulation software (i.e. HYSYS)
• Experience in designing process relief systems

Ideally, Here's What You'll Also Have

• Hydraulic Modeling experience
• In plant Piping System Design of fuel gas, fuel oil, water and wastewater systems experience
• Design implementation of rotating equipment and process treatment equipment
• Experience with Design-Build and/or EPC projects

As a Process Engineer, you will focus on driving incremental and sustainable improvements in processes, quality, and efficiency through the implementation of continuous improvement principles. He/she will facilitate process enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Lean and Kaizen methodologies, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Other responsibilities include:

• Collaborates with teams across various departments to gather input, gain insights, and implement solutions that drive change.
• Leads problem-solving efforts to address operational challenges, using root cause analysis and data-driven approaches.
• Drive the development of standardized work procedures and visual management systems to sustain improvements.
• Analyzes current processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and waste reduction.
• Researches and stays updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in process improvement and operational excellence.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

Role Description

PROCESS ENGINEER

Duties and Responsibilities

· Develop, evaluate, improve and document manufacturing process.

· Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environment.

· Analyze process flow continually for the enhancement of quality, and cost-reduction.

· Coordinate to customer regarding engineering activities, quality matter and involve in process improvement and development.

· Provide engineering support in production department to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

· Recommend establishment and revision of the engineering department procedure to satisfy the requirements of the Quality Management System.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Graduate of ECE, BS Industrial Engineering or any Engineering course

· Able to understand passive/active component in Electronics.
