Develops problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram, studying system capabilities, analyzing alternative solutions, and preparing system specifications.
Manage, oversee, and keep up-to-date records/documents for a particular project or for an entire organization. Ensure all proper documents are created and signed, that all data is accurate and that documents are stored, backed up and registered in the system, and any retention policies are followed.
Implementing and using different IE tools such as Kaizen, DMAIC, Cost Benefits Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, SWOT Analysis and Root Cause Analysis. Also doing a Weekly Operational Review (WOR), Monthly Operational Review (MOR), Business Review and Business Continuity Plan and Business Contingency Plan.
Responsible in monitoring and measuring of all KPIs needed and to ensure to HIT all the target KPI and meet all the SLA on every sites/account. Conduct process reviews, identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing initiatives and programs to improve/enhance site's operation

Process Engineer.
As part of our team, you'll have the chance to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our power plant clients locally and worldwide
You'll be charged with designing fuel gas, fuel oil supply system for power plants, water and wastewater pump stations, treatment facilities/processes for water and wastewater plants, technical writing, and construction drawing and specification production. We'll have you use your experience to design pump stations for water and wastewater, including pipe sizing calculations, selection of pump type, process utilities (balance of plants), rotating equipment (centrifugal pumps, blowers), piping systems, valves, and appurtenances for in plant process piping, chemical systems, and hydraulic studies. If you're up for the challenge, we've been looking for someone just like you.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in process engineering
- Detailed design experience for fuel gas, fuel oil supply system, water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and utility systems
- Experience with fuel gas, fuel oil supply system and water/wastewater equipment for power plant projects
- Experience in plant piping system design (line sizing and material selection) for fuel gas, fuel oil supply system, water and wastewater systems
- Licensed Chemical Engineer
- Inter-discipline coordination
- Develop PFDs, HMB and P&IDs
- Familiar with process simulation software (i.e. HYSYS)
- Experience in designing process relief systems
Ideally, Here's What You'll Also Have
- Hydraulic Modeling experience
- In plant Piping System Design of fuel gas, fuel oil, water and wastewater systems experience
- Design implementation of rotating equipment and process treatment equipment
- Experience with Design-Build and/or EPC projects
- Construction support services for fuel gas, fuel oil, water and wastewater system
