**What does a successful Technical Consultant - Lead do at Fiserv?**
The Fiserv APAC Delivery Services group is responsible for the design, development and delivery of end-2-end banking solutions to clients throughout the Asia Pacific region. Candidate must have a Degree or Diploma in a relevant IT discipline and have at least 5 years experience working in a similar organisation, with a good working knowledge of banking applications. 5 to 8 years experience leading development teams working on medium-large IT delivery projects. The candidate is expected to work independently, is pro-active and ensures the delivery KPI - Quality, Timelines and Cost.
**What you will do:**
· Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
· Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
· Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
· Help maintain code quality, and organization
· Liaise with internal and external clients
· Analyse clients' existing system
· Be hands on and involved in providing user support which requires investigation and troubleshooting issues
· Identify options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business sustainability

Basic Qualifications

The Technical Product Consultant is not only the technical support contact but also responsible for maintaining a high level of Customer Service. The position is responsible for developing solutions to resolve complex technical problems and counsel with customers. The goal of this position is to develop and manage a long-term partnership with customers to ensure they remain successful and realize the full value of their investment. The position drives customer satisfaction by proactively managing, troubleshooting and delivering technical solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively own and manage high-touch customer relationships.
