We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support and carry out the full range of HR functions within our organization. Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist capacity (non-managerial).
- Solid understanding of HR practices including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and compliance.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Amenable to work onsite in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
