This role involves both technical and administrative oversight, with a focus on maintaining seamless operations across servers, databases, and ERP platforms. The role also leads incident response and troubleshooting efforts to quickly resolve system issues, while contributing to the design and engineering of new projects that enhance business processes. Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology course or any related course.
• With at least 2 years technical or relevant experience in related.

SAP TECHNICAL ARCHITECT (WFH, Mid-Shift)

Our client is implementing SAP S/4HANA and needs a Technical Architect with strong ABAP expertise and deep knowledge of Finance (FI/CO). The role involves driving technical design, managing integrations, and ensuring a smooth migration from ECC.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Technical Architect with deep expertise in SAP ABAP development and a strong understanding of SAP Finance (FI/CO) module architecture. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and supporting robust, scalable, and future-ready SAP solutions, particularly in preparation for and during the transition to SAP S/4HANA. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical developers to deliver high-quality solutions that align with enterprise architecture and business strategy.

What You Will Do

•    Define and maintain the technical architecture for SAP Finance (FI/CO, Asset Accounting, Tax, AP/AR), SAP Supply Chain and associated Backoffice applications.

•    Design integration strategies across SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring system interoperability, data consistency, and performance.

•    ABAP Development and support key RICEFW controls across SAP application stack.

•    Contribute to the definition of future-state architecture to support S/4HANA readiness and adoption.

•    Evaluate current SAP ECC architecture and identify key modernization and migration pathways.

•    Lead technical assessments and discovery phases for projects and a SAP S/4HANA migration.

•    Identify custom code impacts and contribute to simplification and clean-up strategies.

•    Support Proof of Concepts (PoCs), sandbox environments, and brownfield/greenfield implementation planning.

•    Collaborate with BASIS and infrastructure teams to ensure system readiness and performance.

•    Work with SAP functional leads, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality project deliverables on time.

•    Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and coordinate end-to-end delivery.

•    Act as the escalation point for complex SAP Finance technical issues and performance challenges.

•    Provide post-implementation support and ongoing improvements for SAP Finance solutions.

What You Will Bring

•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

•    8+ years of experience in SAP technical architecture with a strong focus on SAP Finance (FI/CO).

•    5+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience including Object-Oriented ABAP, ALV, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, Reports, Interfaces, and Forms.

•    Solid understanding of SAP ECC Finance architecture and data structures.

•    Experience with SAP modernization tools: SAP Readiness Check, Custom Code Analyzer, etc.

Desirable

•    Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PM, etc.).

•    Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, BTP, or CPI integration tools.

•    Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery practices.

•    SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP, SAP S/4HANA & Finance).

Role Title:
Distribution Resource Planning (DRP) Support - Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

Manage per SKU inventory across 31 depots ensuring we have the right SKU mix at any given time to hit 95.5% Dispatch Rate while maintaining lowest possible Cold Storage and Primary Freight Cost. Generates Inventory Analytics reports (DL Analysis, OOS Report, Depot SLOBs monitoring, etc) to help guide the organization on action plans. Maximize

Daily
EXPECTED WORK:

• Update inventory data per SKU per depot and address critical SKUs ASAP
• Laydown and confirm loading schedule (ie. number of containers and depots to be loaded) for the following day
• Create loading mix (SKUs to be loaded and quantity) per truck based on latest inventory and forecast (approx 16-20 loadings/day)
• Create STOs (SAP PO) for the trucks to be loaded the following day
• Download and Analyze OOS per depot per day
• Send daily stop booking advise to CD per depot
• Monitor SKUs for depletion and Non-moving SKUs

Weekly

• Compute number of trucks to be loaded per depot per week
• Optimize Kinaxis in depot replenishment. If Kinaxis does not work, find alternative digital solution (both w/in Ice Cream BG or outside Unilever)

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in Supply Chain
• Familiar with SAP functionalities. Digitization enthusiast
• Must have a full understanding of the Inventory Planning and Material Planning
• Able to coordinate with cross functional departments
• Good verbal and written communication skills
