• Candidate must have 3 to 5 years of SAP FICO experience which includes S/4 HANA Finance Experience
• Must have at least 1 implementation experience in S4 HANA
  
• Good understanding of SAP FI
  
• Cross module integration P2P, O2C essential
  
• Good understanding of other SAP Modules, that directly or Indirectly deals with Finance and Controlling Module.
  
• Should have profound knowledge on SAP FI - GL, AP, AR, Bank, Assets (must), Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (good to have)
• Executing SAP related engagements - requirements gathering, pre & post implementation review, BBP design and review, configuration review, program management engagements, project risk engagements, data migration engagements, segregation of duties design or review engagement.
  
• Also, should be aware of Various methods SAP projects transformations and implementations i.e. water Fall method, Agile Method, SAP Activate Method etc.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for SAP S4/HANA-related inquiries and issues.
• Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
• Provide timely resolution or escalation of issues to functional or technical teams.
• Assist users with login/access issues, navigation, and basic SAP functionalities.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLAs are met.
• Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues.
• Support user onboarding, including account setup and basic training.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with implementation timelines.
• Participate in testing and validation activities during system updates or changes.
