This position will be responsible for providing functional expertise on SAP PP/QM, both on projects and support function. The role will consist in implementing solutions through analysis of business requirements, business blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, impact analysis, configuration and/or creation of functional specifications. In addition, the person having this role will conduct testing (provide fix if needed), troubleshooting, cutover activities and provide hyper care support.

- Conduct and document testing of business/technical processes, provide fix if needed.
- Document processes and system changes, provide knowledge transfers (i.e. service transition).
- Troubleshoot and investigate issues to determine the root cause. Provide solution based on best practices and fit for purpose.
- Provide cross-functional support.
- Lead small size initiatives by being the key contributor, facilitator or lead.
- Provide 3rd and 4th level SAP Support.
- Participate in systems integration – design, analysis and testing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or other related discipline is required
- Minimum of 5 years in SAP Production Planning and QM
- Deep knowledge in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management is required, exposure to GxP and Pharma is a definite plus; SAP certification is a plus
- Experience in S/4 Hana implementation is a plus
- Knowledge in Agile and/or SAP Methodology is required
- Technical ABAP understanding / ABAP debug skill is a plus
- Ability to understand the business processes and requirements of clients and ability to provide winning solution based on proven concepts and fit for purpose.
