We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Lead to oversee and execute end-to-end implementations. The role involves deep expertise in SAP EWM, with a focus on understanding customer requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, and ensuring successful project delivery. This position requires strong leadership and hands-on capabilities in delivering SAP S/4HANA Brownfield implementation projects. br>
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Module.
Lead and conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops to align solutions with customer requirements.
Design and configure SAP EWM solutions, including custom builds as needed.
Perform functional and system testing to validate design and configuration.
Assist customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve any identified issues.
Oversee implementation phases, ensuring readiness for Go-Live.
Act as the primary liaison between the customer and project team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Required Skills and Competencies
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM module.
Proven track record in leading at least two SAP S/4HANA Brownfield implementation projects.
Strong ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Expertise in SAP EWM configuration and custom build design.
Proficiency in functional and system testing methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex implementation challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. < r>Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation, with at least 2 projects in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield environments.
SAP certification in EWM or related modules is a plus.

The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory and logistics operations for store merchandise, and for managing the procurement of store goods and packaging materials. The role ensures accurate inventory tracking, smooth goods flow, timely purchasing, and supplier coordination. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Inventory & Logistics
Supervise inventory activities daily, including receiving, stock movement, and stockroom organization, ensuring accurate system updates within 24 hours of all transactions.
Conduct monthly physical inventory audits and weekly cycle counts, and submit reconciliation reports with variance analysis to the General Manager within 2 working days.
Ensure proper labeling, safe handling, and storage of store merchandise, and maintain cleanliness and compliance with company storage standards.
Facilitate timely stock transfers between branches or designated locations, and coordinate logistics to avoid operational delays or stockouts.
Lead and coach the Inventory Staff, ensuring tasks are performed accurately and in accordance with inventory control policies and procedures.
B. Purchasing
Prepare purchase requests (PRs) and process purchase orders (POs) for approved store goods and packaging materials within 2 working days from replenishment notice.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including price lists, delivery terms, and performance evaluations for strategic sourcing.
Coordinate with Inventory Staff weekly to monitor stock thresholds and schedule timely purchasing to avoid understocking or overstocking.
Receive and verify all deliveries against approved POs to ensure completeness, quality, and correct documentation, escalating issues to the General Manager as needed.
Submit monthly purchasing reports summarizing orders placed, supplier performance, lead times, and opportunities for cost savings or procurement efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. < r>Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, inventory, and purchasing functions. < r>Proficiency in using inventory management and purchasing systems.
