**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Project Manger for SAP, you will lead implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SAP solutions that meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead complex and multiple project along with team members, internal stakeholders and client
* Lead and assist in matching/mapping and workshops together with Technical/Solution Architects to assess and implement strategies, work breakdown schedule, methods and tools for efficient SAP implementation
* Support client orals and sales pitch
* Manage SAP implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SAP solutions
* Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, IT, and business stakeholders
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify project scope, and define project deliverables
* Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines
* Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies

**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Must have 8+ years of work experience as SAP Project and/or Program Manager with proven track record of executing small-to-large scale implementation projects
* Strong governance and leadership experience in managing SAP programs consisting of multiple projects
* Solid understanding and experience on Project Management methodologies (eq. SAP RISE, Activate, Agile etc) and tools, as well as an understanding of SAP HANA (eq Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield).
* At least 5 full-cycle implementation and/or implementation projects
* Experience in supporting SMEs to develop assessment criteria and scoring for tool/process selection
* Understanding of SAP modules and integration
* Experience in developing central SAP knowledge-sharing repository
* Strong communication skills; analytical and creative problem solving skills
* Ability to cooperate and take business and solution lead in multi-vendor teams
* Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM location in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub)
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Project Management certification is a plus
* Background as either SAP MM/WM, Finance consultant or technical architect role

You'll get in-depth Consulting experience, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment. * Performing full life cycle of application implementation, including requirement definition, design, development, testing and date migration.
* Migrate between products or integration with other products, configuration of packages and recovery and backup
* Use your Consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business environment.
* Assist in selection, implementation, and support of application
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* 3+ years of experience in support and configuration projects for SAP BW
* Experienced in data modeling, extraction, transform and loading and reporting
* You should have extensive experience in SAP ABAP
* Experience in SAP HANA or S/4 HANA is highly preferred.
* SAP BOBJ experience is also preferred.
* Good communication skills will be an advantage.
