Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP projects, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP configurations.
  • Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business needs.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP functionality.
  • Collaborate with technical team members to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Adhere to project timelines and budgets.
  • Document processes and configurations - in line with team standards.
  • Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and best practices

Qualifications
Core Competencies

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with S/4Hana and Fiori,
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in successful implementation of Materials Management or Inventory Management
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Agile Methodology and ticketing tools like Jira and Confluence
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office Tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access DB
  • Strong understanding of SAP ABAP and SAP clean core concept

Complementary Competencies

  • Certification in SAP S/4HANA Material Management is not required but would be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technology and user experience teams to deliver business value.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for negotiating and aligning stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze problems, ask insightful questions, and understand complex concepts.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in virtual, collaborative environments.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Techno-functional Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of the SAP Cloud solution to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
  • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy client's needs.
  • Design, development, customize, configure and testing of C4C.
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and fix problems.
  • Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.

Mandatory Skills Description:

  • In-depth experience in SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud
  • Experience in Customization, Scoping, Adaptation, Page Layout
  • Experience in Mashup, Workflows, Data Workbench
  • Awareness of C4C quarterly upgrades released by SAP
  • Experience in Transport Management
  • Experience in Reports
  • Experience in creating/replicating Master Data in/to C4C.
  • Experience in creating Communication Arrangements, Communication System, Web Service Monitoring, OData Monitoring
  • Experience in integrating C4C APIs with SAP On-Premises Systems, other Cloud Systems and 3rd Party Systems
  • Support business data migration & cleansing tasks.
  • Perform C4C Administrator tasks.
  • Enhancements of C4C solution
  • Java/J2EE Programming
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
  • Must be results-oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
  • Problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
