JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Techno-functional Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of the SAP Cloud solution to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy client's needs.
- Design, development, customize, configure and testing of C4C.
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and fix problems.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
Mandatory Skills Description:
- In-depth experience in SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud
- Experience in Customization, Scoping, Adaptation, Page Layout
- Experience in Mashup, Workflows, Data Workbench
- Awareness of C4C quarterly upgrades released by SAP
- Experience in Transport Management
- Experience in Reports
- Experience in creating/replicating Master Data in/to C4C.
- Experience in creating Communication Arrangements, Communication System, Web Service Monitoring, OData Monitoring
- Experience in integrating C4C APIs with SAP On-Premises Systems, other Cloud Systems and 3rd Party Systems
- Support business data migration & cleansing tasks.
- Perform C4C Administrator tasks.
- Enhancements of C4C solution
- Java/J2EE Programming
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
- Must be results-oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
