POSITION SUMMARY:

The Application Support - SAP FICO Analyst role is to provide functional support within the Finance and Controlling module of the Company's SAP systems.

The SAP FICO Analyst will be responsible for providing day to day support for the global business, working with other team members and business users to resolve issues. Assist the SAP Team Lead in ensuring the support function provides an appropriate response level in resolving SAP production environment issues and promoting change requests to the production environment.

The position requires the ability to work in a flexible shift, which may include evenings and potentially some weekends, with an on-call requirement for escalated high priority issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (KEY ACTIVITIES):

This is a Level 2 support position that directly interacts with end users and company management.

Who You Are and What Will You Do

As a Package Consultant for SAP FIN CO you'll be able to do the following tasks/function:

• Assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP Enterprise Management Controlling Module – Financial.
• Uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• With more than 5 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects for SAP FICO

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
