- Deliver AMS support for SAP SD processes, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
- Manage configuration changes, enhancements, and small-scale developments in SAP SD.
- Collaborate with APAC and global business users to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Work with cross-functional SAP teams (FI, MM, WM, etc.) to resolve integration issues.
- Conduct testing, end-user training, and maintain solution documentation.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and deliver high-quality service.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP SD, with strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes (pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, etc.).
- Proven background in AMS or global support environments.
- Good integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM, and Logistics modules.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Mandatory: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
- Excellent English communication skills to coordinate with global teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with occasional APAC travel.
