The SAP Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of accounting, including SAP and other accounting systems. This role will ensure the prompt settlement of payables, the completeness and accuracy of financial transactions, and the timely preparation of financial statements.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Supervise and manage the use of SAP books and other accounting systems, ensuring accurate posting and reconciliation of transactions. Analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices. Accurately preparing tax returns and ensuring that company taxes are paid on time. Supervising and providing overall guidance to account team members. Knowledgeable with BIR tax compliance and audit and other government reportorial requirements. Meets accounting operational standards by contributing financial information to strategic plans and reviews, resolving problems, and identifying systems improvements.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Accounting Management
Knowledge of all accounting functions, which include audit, general accounting, preparation, and review of financial and tax matters.
