Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the Food & Beverage Division of NTQ, leading a team of staff and working closely with the Team Leader to deliver excellent service to resort guests. The supervisor will also be actively involved in food preparation, menu suggestions, and event planning. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the Food & Beverage team, including the Team Leader and staff, to ensure smooth operations.

+ Work with celebrity chefs in Conrad Manila's signature restaurant(s) to ensure that the restaurants' activations are carefully executed to deliver meaningful returns and guest satisfaction
+ Oversee all supplies and services engaged by the department.
+ Ensure that all employees are trained to Hilton international standards and Forbes service standards
+ Review departmental programs to ensure development of future departmental heads.
+ Review regular career paths with the General Manager and Hotel Manager.
+ Ensure awareness of trends, practices and equipment in food and beverage preparation and service.
