Our client is seeking an experiencedSalesforce Developer with leadership and architecture experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will not only design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform but also play a key role in shaping the technical direction, ensuring scalable architecture, and mentoring junior developers. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into robust technical solutions, and lead the implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
  • Develop custom applications, Apex triggers, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce pages, and other Salesforce customizations.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive solution design discussions, and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Oversee code reviews, promote code quality, and ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Implement and test solutions to meet functional and performance standards.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to upskilling within the team.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies, and guide the team on adoption where applicable.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer

- Salesforce Developer certification is preferred

- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), integrations, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato)

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components

- Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and customization

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Summary of Position:

The Salesforce Administrator will be a key contributor to the ongoing development of our landscape of multiple SFDC instances.   • Execute DevOps practices and support deployment activities using tools like Copado, ANT, and change sets, with experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment.
  • Manage core administrative functions , including user administration, sandbox refresh cycles, certificate maintenance, seasonal upgrades, and reporting/dashboard creation and maintenance.

  • This role follows a night shift schedule , with a hybrid work setup based in Quezon City (occasional adjustments might be required based on business needs).

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in an enterprise environment.
  • 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Admin Automation, multi-org support, release management, and deployment tools such as Copado, ANT, and change sets.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, including workflows, validations, flows, process builders, and security settings.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Must hold at least one Salesforce certification such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment practices in Salesforce environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, and tools like JIRA.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of Salesforce data and object models.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills in English.

Summary of Position:

The Salesforce Administrator will be a key contributor to the ongoing development of our landscape of multiple SFDC instances. The administrator will work as part of the ARDx CRM team including functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to help design and implement SFDC solutions in support of business initiatives. This role is part administrator, part Salesforce systems analyst and part release specialist. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platforms.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Serve as a primary system administrator for the ARDx environments with 1000+ users.
  • Part of a team responsible for the development landscape and DevOps tool set administration and support.
  • Work closely with CRM solution architect.
  • Work in support of the scrum teams.
  • Perform administrative functions including user account maintenance, workflow updates and other routine tasks.
  • Support project work including data load and verification of data through data loader and equivalent tools.
  • When necessary, work with IT and business process owners to understand the need and determine the optimal way to enable new functionality and data requests.
  • Function as administrator for the operations tool chain.
  • Support the salesforce environment strategy and deployment tasks.
