Key Responsibilities

About the Role
The Revenue Operations Coordinator supports the Sales and Revenue Operations team by managing critical processes that ensure smooth business operations and accurate revenue reporting.
This role is responsible for handling ad‑hoc reporting requests including creating Salesforce reports and dashboards, recording billing adjustments, tool setup for new team members, maintaining and reconciling data, supporting monthly billing activities, order approvals.
The ideal candidate has Salesforce administration experience, Sales tools experience, strong excel skills, organized, and enjoys working across teams to drive operational efficiency and revenue accuracy.
Basic Salesforce Administration
User Management, Data Management, Familiarity with Standard Objects, Basic customizations, Reporting and Dashboard creation
Billing Adjustments
Process and track billing adjustments or credits accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with internal policies and customer agreements.
Onboarding and Tool Setup
Set up new users in Salesforce and other revenue-related systems; assign appropriate permissions and support smooth onboarding to enable team productivity.
Deal Approvals
Review and approve sales deals to verify alignment with pricing, discounting, and contractual policies.
On-Demand Report Requests
Prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports and dashboards for sales, finance, and leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
Data Management
Maintain and audit customer and deal data in Salesforce and other systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monthly Billing & Reconciliation
Partner with finance to manage monthly invoicing processes and reconcile revenue data between systems.
Process Improvement
Identify and recommend enhancements to streamline revenue operations workflows and document best practices.
What You Bring
Salesforce - 2 years basic admin experience
User Management: creating and managing users, and managing roles, profiles and permission sets
- Data management: Importing/exporting data using Data Loader or Data Import Wizard, ensuring data cleanliness.
- Basic Integration: Has managed Salesforce connected tools or understanding how Salesforce can connect with tools like Slack or Google.
- Familiarity with Standard Objects: Familiarity with Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Cases.
- Customization: Creating custom fields, record types, page layouts, list views, and reports/dashboards.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Ability to build basic reports, filters, and summary dashboards
- Ideal candidate will have completed Salesforce Certified Administrator training (Core/Entry Level)
- Customer Service - has worked in a customer service capacity and enjoys interfacing with internal customers.
- Comfortable analyzing and manipulating data in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets,
- Familiarity with billing processes, invoicing, and revenue recognition principles is a plus.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate data.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across sales, finance, and operations teams.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with billing software
