What You'll Do:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Sales Operations Manager by assisting with operational projects, troubleshooting sales processes, and improving workflow efficiency
- Manage Salesforce tasks including custom reporting, bulk record updates, and maintaining data accuracy
- Serve as a real-time resource during PST hours to respond to sales operations requests from West Coast and APAC teams
- Create and maintain clear, standardized documentation (e.g., SOPs) for sales ops workflows
- Assist in executing Go-To-Market (GTM) automation strategies to reduce manual work and improve sales efficiency
- Learn and support the sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Rattle ) with technical troubleshooting and user support
- Maintain sales data hygiene and proactively resolve pipeline and forecasting discrepancies
