Accountabilities:
The Technical Account Manager will provide technical assistance and support to LexisNexis® Risk Solutions customers. This role involves troubleshooting problems, maintenance of products and services, incident management, providing timely solutions, and always ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve customer production issues and concerns on LN Risk Insurance Products.
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
- Collaborate with other team members and/or departments to improve support processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and Computer Engineer or other related field.
+ Proven experience in technical support for at least 2 years.
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
+ Knowledgeable in XML, SOAP UI, Web Services, SFTP, or other systems or technologies.
+ Knowledgeable in SalesForce, Outlook or other ticketing tools.
+ Ability to proactively identify customer issues and work independently to resolve them.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience tailoring messages to all levels of the customer organization from developers and testers to executives.
+ Critical and analytical thinking.

Job Description
The role will be versatile and adaptable to varying projects as ICIS handles multiple events for different industries. You will be calling across a number of commodities including base oils, recycled plastics and polyolefins. Vital outputs for this role are meeting daily lead targets, regularly converting leads to registration, researching leads and filling data gaps, as well as submitting accurate insight reports to stakeholders.
Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue targets whilst supporting strategic plans to grow our events. The successful candidate will be a proactive salesperson who will manage their own campaigns, identify growth opportunities and be a strong team player.
The successful candidate will lead by example showing best-practice sales experience; encouraging innovation, initiative and collaboration with your peers.
You will be given the tools and autonomy to do your job, and we will help support you in developing your knowledge of the markets we serve and our fantastic events.
Key Responsibilities:
+ To sell delegate places across events in the ICIS portfolio to deliver revenue targets
+ Oversee and take ownership of the delegate sales process, including building and managing pipelines and reporting on all activities
+ To maintain a clean and updated prospect and customer database
+ Selling tabletops and new exhibition booths where required.
+ Build long-term relationships with customers, understanding their businesses and marketing needs, and be seen as part of the industry.
+ Ability to sell senior level prospects and customers and achieve new business and increase revenues from existing customers.
+ Update and verify visitor information on each call
+ Build new leads and strengthen connections/network by generating new interests from existing or new companies - acquire new e-mail addresses and gather new subscribers to various e-mails.
+ Effective management of CRM Campaigns across multiple events.
+ Accurately report progress through weekly sales reports and forecast revenue projections allowing the Marketing Director to budget accordingly.
+ Achieve and surpass individual revenue targets across the group
+ Create a network to maximise your pipeline and create sales across portfolios
+ To liaise effectively with all internal departments (sponsorship, production, marketing, registrations, operations)
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in College (no back subjects/incomplete units)
+ Proven and successful track record in a relevant sales environment, preferably in the B2B conference industry
+ Experience in cold calling
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Ability to work independently, quick thinker, and detail-oriented
+ Advance/ Proficiency English
+ Strong team player and the ability to work under pressure
+ High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail
+ Salesforce experience is nice to have

The Sales Tools Specialist position exists to impact revenue as well as sales force effectiveness by explicitly understanding and responding to Sales & Sales Management needs as it relates to New Hire Training. Incumbent will present strong communication, business process and technical expertise to ensure the sales organization receives the maximum benefit from successful utilization of GCRM, Salesforce and other vital selling tools. This role will also provide problem solving and technical expertise to ensure Sales receives the maximum utilization of CRM and other core sales tools. This role will also provide ongoing tools training & support for all employees.
Accountabilities:
+ Support all Sales CRM platforms by serving as a CRM power user/expert.
+ Acquire and enhance the understanding of GCRM, Salesforce , CPQ, Zoom, Adobe Sign, and SalesPro and other vital selling tools and their related cadence and best practices.
+ Lead the review and training of all sales tools for NAUK New Hires.
+ Enable Sales and Sales Management to track key metrics and performance.
+ Drive adoption of the sales tools by effectively communicating best practices and training material and demonstrating practical application.
+ Enable Sales to efficiently and effectively execute the segment selling motion by ensuring the tools readily incorporate all the relevant and necessary data from a wide variety of sources and systems.
+ Professionally maintain relationships with Sales Reps, Regional Sales Managers and VPs to facilitate mid-course corrections as well as continuous improvement to the New Hire Program and any ongoing training.
+ Consistently reviews and ensure that training documentation is up-to-date
+ Administer tools access and maintenance as needed
+ Perform thorough testing for significant enhancement releases
+ Assist with change management efforts related to Business Unit migrations to the global instance of Salesforce
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ Available to work night shifts (predominantly) and follow US holidays
+ 3-5 years' experience preferably in sales, CRM and training or related fields
+ BS degree and/or Sales experience
+ Proven ability to effectively deliver and develop a defined training curriculum
+ Excellent PC and software skills including Microsoft tools and Collaboration tools such as and/or Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive
+ Experience working with CRM systems
