Job Summary
This is a hybrid role, requiring both office presence and fieldwork. The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives in Iloilo and nearby regions, build strong partnerships, and represent AMES Group in events and activities. The role also involves assisting in planning and executing company events to drive engagement and student recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase student applications.
- Manage and expand relationships with local education agents, schools, and referral partners.
- Conduct in-person and online consultations with prospective students and parents.
- Represent the company at education fairs, school visits, and promotional events.
- Assist in planning and executing regional and national company events.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to adjust strategies.
- Submit regular sales activity and performance reports to head office.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in sales, business development, or education consulting.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Experience in education, migration, or visa services preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field.
- Willingness to travel within the region for events and partner visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid setup (office and fieldwork).
- Knowledge of study abroad destinations (Australia, Canada, USA, UK, New Zealand, Europe) is a plus.
