As a Solutions Engineer, your primary responsibility is to ensure our customers' technical health and success across all products. What You'll Do
Primary Technical Contact and Quarterback
- Build a relationship with strategic accounts and leverage that relationship to ensure partner engagement.

- Serve as a primary POC for partners to help them find information and solutions that make them a successful MSP.

Customer Technical Health

Product Utilization

Technical Engagement

- Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud/technology sales, with at least 2 years focused on AWS or cloud infrastructure.
- Proven success in selling to enterprise accounts and managing complex solution-based sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of AWS product portfolio and ability to match solutions with business use cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—both technical and business-facing.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Sales Accreditation is a strong advantage.
- Experience in working with IT-BPM or consulting clients is preferred.
- Passionate about technology, innovation, and solving real business challenges.
