Collaborates with customer's store manager / buyer to ensure perfect in-outlet execution (merchandising planogram and promotions)
Engages and seeks approval with the dealers on identified opportunities in the selling area
Communicates with DSP, Push Sellers and Samplers to execute the approved identified opportunities to increase store sales
Coordinates and Suggests to dealer through salesman for PO and delivery for stock replenishment to maintain prescribed inventory level per store.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
College Graduate with good communication skills and analytical skills
Sales experience on FMCG is preferred
Undergone training in customer service management, negotiation and persuasive selling skills, problem solving and decision making skills, basic category management and financial management is preferred
Skillfull in Building Customer Relationship
Can drive a manual car and must have a valid drivers licensed

Main Duties and Responsibilities
I. Sales and Lead Generation
- Ensures the achievement of assigned sales targets through:
- Recommending and implementing sales and marketing strategies to generate new accounts/clients and promote both stand-alone courses and multi-course programs
- Sourcing for potential clients through research, networking, social media, and other channels/platforms
- Benchmarking with international and industry partners on sales campaign plans for programs and courses
- Following through with the existing and potential clients for updates or inquiries about the programs and courses
- Designs and conducts sales presentations to potential clients and gathers feedback as necessary
- Develops pricing strategies and negotiation packages for customized or Institutional Programs (IP), and presents them to client
- Keeps abreast of changing market conditions and trends, and provides feedback and recommendations to internal stakeholders on how it may affect the existing programs and courses
II. Customization Process Support
- Monitors and evaluates the demand level of training and developmental needs of clients, and matches the findings with GSB CCE's course offerings or customized programs
- Conducts client consultations to gather information essential to the customization process (e.g., participant demographic, training needs and expectations, business mandate/ mission-vision, etc.) and relays information to the Program Development team
- Recommends potential content areas, delivery modalities (in-person, online, hybrid), scheduling, and assignment of resource persons
III. Client Management Support
- Develops and maintains client relationships through effective representation and partnership
- Proactively reaches out to both new and existing clients to promote programs and courses through email, phone calls, etc.
- Conducts pulse checks with clients regarding their feedback on the programs and courses after implementation
- Coordinates with the Program Sales and Marketing Group Head and other Program Sales Officers on market coverage to continuously update and expand the client database system
- Represents GSB CCE in meetings with learning partners, various trade shows, etc.
IV. Administrative Support
- Collaborates with the Program Sales and Marketing Group Head in implementing policies, procedures and guidelines to maintain the standard of the Center
- Responds to inquiries through various channels, such as but not limited to walk-ins, phone calls, email inquiries, etc.
- Prepares promotional letters, proposals, contracts and memorandum of understanding for dissemination to clients
- Coordinates with faculty and other Center for Continuing Education (CCE) Department Heads for logistical requirements such as venue preparation, catering reservation and preparation of class profiles, materials and handouts.
- Prepares weekly sales and productivity reports, and submits them to the Sales and Marketing Head for review
- Processes sales invoices and/or statement of accounts based on prevailing program fees with the clients
- Monitor payments of clients and prepares payment summary reports
V. Performs other work-related tasks as may be required by the immediate supervisor and authorized representative.
