Lead direct/indirect sales budgets, forecasts, pipeline development, and quota management. Utilize and build value in cross-organizational sales campaigns.
  • People Management - Recruit, hire, onboard, train, mentor, retain, lead, and empower the sales team. Responsible for performance management of the team including target setting and resource planning.

  • 10+ year of sales leadership experience coupled with in-depth knowledge of delivering SI solutions in the communication service provider market
