DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Solicits sales from regular and potential customer through professional servicing, by providing free accurate estimate and closing of sales contract.
- Identifies and develops market potentials and widens market coverage.
- Monitors daily cash collection and accounts receivables to assure timely collections.
- Monitors documentation processes to assure smooth flow of papers from estimating, sales contract preparation, job order until actual delivery to customers, and installation department for subcon award and manning of project for mobilization.

Qualifications:
- College Graduate - Civil Engineering or Architectural or any Engineering Course.

- Computer literate, knowledgeable in basic estimating. Capable in handling with high level negotiation. Have good inter-personal relations skills; with pleasing personality.
