• M intain store cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas throughout the shift, including merchandise displays, shelves, and common areas. < r>• M nitor display inventory levels daily and report any stock variances or low inventory to the Store Operations Manager before end-of-day shift. < r>• H ndle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints within the same day in a professional, solution-focused manner that supports customer retention. < r>• D cument customer purchases visually by taking photos of clients with their bought items for marketing use, ensuring consent is recorded. < r>• P rticipate in team collaboration efforts, including weekly meetings and seasonal support activities, to contribute ideas and solutions that improve store performance and customer satisfaction. < r>
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• A least Senior High School graduate with a strong interest or background in sales, retail, or motorcycle-related products. < r>• C stomer-oriented with good communication skills and a proactive attitude in addressing client needs and concerns. < r>• W lling to perform technical tasks, such as basic installation of motorcycle accessories, and assist in other store operations as needed. < r>• C nfident and adaptable; experience in live selling via social media is an advantage but not required.
