Main duties & responsibilities:
- Monitoring of the complementation of Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) or Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) between the Foundation and its partners by utilizing specialized proficiencies in technical writing and copywriting.
- Execution of proficient communication strategies to foster and sustain relationships with partners, employing various methods and platforms to effectively cultivate engagement and collaboration.
- Maintenance and administration of a comprehensive database system encompassing the organization's network of partners and donors, ensuring optimal organization, accuracy, and accessibility of data.
- Facilitation of executive sessions and institutional events with diverse partners from the public and private sectors, including civic, corporate, and educational organizations.
- Conducts fieldwork operations, encompassing pre-visit preparations and logistical arrangements.
- Conducts Grant-seeking and writing grant proposals for various private partners to secure funding for educational assistance such as technical vocational education.
- Preparation of reports and presentations for review by the OOCEO and relevant department heads.
- Performs other related duties appropriate to the role, as required by foundation operations, and assigned by superiors.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in development studies, International Relations, Interdisciplinary Studies, Community Development, Human Ecology, Public Administration, Management, or any related field of study.

- 5-10 years related experience in any project accounting and project co-ordination background
- Relevant work experience in project management and finance activities
- PMP/ APM / PRINCE2 certifications will be an add on advantage to the requirement.
- Experience operating in a global offshoring model.
- Ability to liaise with peers and key stakeholders in the countries you are supporting.
- Develop high level competency within Oracle ERP financial and project management.
