I. JOB MISSION/SUMMARY
To account and reconcile receivable claims / rebate versus credit note payments and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounts related to funds. This role involves verifying and reconciling customer accounts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that credit note payments are appropriately applied to outstanding claims. II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that sales reported in system roving POS and online transactions are uploaded in AX in a timely manner.
- Reconcile discrepancy in sales uploaded in system record
- Follow-up online transaction sales reports.
- Monitor completeness of stores' end of day reports on or before the set deadline.
- Monitor accounts receivable for credit card transactions.
- Follow-up or generate Credit Notice for credit card collections from the bank.
- Ensure that bank payments to credit card transactions are properly accounted and applied.
- Ensure timely preparation of Daily Sales Transaction and Daily Balancing Reports for online transactions.
- Maintain a master file for daily sales summary from all sources.

- Prepare Free Text Invoice for miscellaneous transactions.

Maintain the financial records of the organization which includes the following:
Preparation and maintenance of the general ledger in compliance with GAAP / PFRS
